Developed performance dashboards for a B2B SaaS subscription company, tracking key metrics including ARR, bookings, forecast, pipeline, retention, churn, gaps to target, and pacing.

Product / User Analytics
Analyzed software user data (e.g., DAU, WAU, MAU, logins, downloads, page views, session duration) and product usage data (e.g., feature adoption, usage trends) to drive insights.

Database Design & Metric Tracking
Created 14 metrics-tracking databases using Airtable for a climate tech accelerator program, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
Submitted over 900 deliverable items to the New York State Government, meeting all compliance and reporting requirements.
Data Visualization
Established multiple data source connections and built Tableau dashboards to support weekly sales meetings with real-time insights.
Utilized CRM reporting functions in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Attio to track sales performance, productivity, and forecasting.
Pricing / Supply Chain Analysis
Conducted pricing, promotions, and value chain analysis for over 20 SKUs at a plant-based food company, optimizing profitability and market positioning.
Developed a demand forecasting and inventory planning model to manage supply from two factories in Asia to three U.S. warehouses, supporting distribution to 1,000+ retail outlets across the U.S.

Chaired a 2-year nationwide private label product development project with the 3rd-largest U.S. food distributor, coordinating efforts across four countries and 20+ stakeholders.
